Mission Accomplished...
It was so fun to reunite with Kim, Matt and their sweet family. They made us feel so welcome, at the airport, with their hugs, kisses, posters and Lego Jamaican flag. We left the mission about 5 weeks early to come home to help out Kim and her family. She is having back surgery and will be down 4 to 6 weeks.
Update (9/19/24) **Note the newest additions to the family. We are looking forward to our "Vagabond" fall as we travel visiting family and looking for a permanent residence. We have loved spending the last several weeks with the Virginia Vaughn's. It's been busy with museums, movies, swimming, parks, Temple baptisms, back to school, soccer, pep band, shopping, Virginia football and more. We are grateful for Kim's recovery and healing. It was hard to say good-bye. Thank you for making us feel so loved and welcome.
